Tuesday August 5, 2025 1:00pm - 2:00pm MDT
School leaders and instructional coaches play a critical role in shaping the conditions for sustainable, student-centered learning. This session will guide leadership teams in supporting a shift to student-led workflows. We’ll explore how AI can help teachers design more flexible, personalized, and accessible learning experiences aligned with the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL). You’ll examine common implementation pitfalls, what thoughtful AI use looks like in practice, and how to support teachers in using AI to shift time-consuming, teacher-led workflows into student-led processes that foster ownership, agency, and deeper engagement.

This session will also help leaders think through how to implement these shifts thoughtfully, provide meaningful feedback, and build a culture of reflection and iteration, so teachers feel supported as they explore new ways of designing and facilitating learning. Whether you're building a sitewide vision or coaching individual teachers, you'll leave with clear strategies to lead this shift with purpose and clarity.
