You’ll examine common implementation pitfalls, what thoughtful AI use looks like in practice, and how to support teachers in using AI to shift time-consuming, teacher-led workflows into student-led processes that foster ownership, agency, and deeper engagement.

This session will also help leaders think through how to implement these shifts thoughtfully, provide meaningful feedback, and build a culture of reflection and iteration, so teachers feel supported as they explore new ways of designing and facilitating learning. Whether you're building a sitewide vision or coaching individual teachers, you'll leave with clear strategies to lead this shift with purpose and clarity.
