This session is designed for educators new to secondary language arts or those looking for a refresher on curricular unit plans and resources. During this session participants will interact with curricular resources in order to develop an understanding of the structure of the curriculum and the resources available to support student learning. Participants will be provided time to collaborate, ask questions, and begin planning the first module of the school year.

Jenny Seiler is the Secondary Language Arts and Secondary Literacy coordinator for SVVSD. She has been in public education for over two decades, spending 19 years reading, writing, and communicating alongside seventh grade students in a language arts classroom.
