About me
Kim is a Program Consultant with over 30 years of experience supporting students with complex needs across the PK–postsecondary spectrum. She specializes in behavior support and inclusive programming for students with autism, affective needs, and significant support needs. A certified CPI instructor and co-leader of SVVSD’s BrainSTEPS team, she is passionate about equipping educators with practical tools that lead to meaningful progress. She believes that every challenge holds an opportunity for growth—for both students and the educators who support them. In her session, “Being a Warm Demander,” she explores how high expectations and strong relationships create classroom environments conducive to lasting student success.
